Bluestorm™ insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will be free of manufacturer’s defects. The item will be evaluated by a third party (repair service/consultant) and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer’s defects only. Bluestorm will apply a 20% Restocking Fee to any approved returned item not due to manufacturers error or defect. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer’s defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.
All Bluestorm® products receive a 100% QC inspection during the manufacturing process. Furthermore, all materials and components have been rigorously tested and approved to UL Marine and US Coast Guard Standards. You can rest assured your Bluestorm® products are durable and safe, but if you should wish to return your order, please understand:

- Unused Product - Try it on for fit and feel, if you do not like it, you can return it
- Original Packaging - Please keep all tag hangs and labels on the product until you know its right for you
- Refund - Issued to original form of payment
1 Year Conditional Guarantee
- Manufacturer's Defects - If your product is determined defective, we will refund or replace it for a 1 year period from original date of purchase.
- Normal Wear & Tear - No replacement or refund is offered for normal wear and tear or prolonged use.
